Download the SocietyServe app, sign up with your phone number, and enter your society name and flat number. Your society admin will verify and approve your account, typically within 24 hours.

Every provider must submit government-issued ID proof, which is verified by our team and your society admin before they can offer services. Providers also build reputation through ratings and reviews from other tenants in your society.

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

For recurring services like maids and cooks, you can subscribe to monthly plans set by each provider. Plans auto-renew each month. You can try a 1-day trial with any provider before committing to a monthly plan. Cancel anytime — service continues until the end of your billing period.

You can file a complaint through the app within 24 hours of service completion. Your society admin will review it first. If unresolved, you can escalate to SocietyServe support. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.

We are currently launching in Bangalore, starting with Whitefield and Sarjapur Road areas. We plan to expand to more neighborhoods and cities soon. Sign up for early access to be notified when we reach your area.
